You don’t have the product I’m looking for, what can I do?

Since there are over 2000 Korean beauty brands, we can not stock them all. However, we aim to create a platform for communication and encourage all of our users to share great finds with us! Please contact us by e-mailing us at hello@skinbloom.no.  

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at SkinBloom without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.

What payment methods does SkinBloom accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. Your credit card will be charged once your order has been packaged and dispatched. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details (Name, mobile number, delivery and payment address) are entered correctly.

Which countries does SkinBloom ship to?

SkinBloom currently only ships to Norway. We are working towards a solution for all of Scandinavia.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. The goods will normally be picked within 24 hours and the package will normally be received within 5 working days.

Are all of your products really from Asia?

All of our products are sourced straight from Korea, or from Korean-inspired beauty brands from around the world. 

The SkinBloom team evaluate all brands that are featured on our site. We only choose brands that offer high-quality products with the best ingredients and formulations. All our products are also EU registered and under the EU regulation for cosmetics.

Being one of the global leaders in beauty innovation, Korea has so many exciting brands to choose from. SkinBloom work towards showcasing only the best brands for our customers, by carefully testing and curating brands we find on our journey.
